Loved Cub (a division of Annalee Dolls, Inc.) guarantees that you will receive your blanket back as a bear if sufficient material is provided; or if amount of material is insufficient, additional material of our choosing will be used to supplement blanket material. In this event, you will be contacted by phone and notified prior to the bear being made. If you decide not to have the blanket supplemented with additional material and the bear completed, your blanket will be returned to you and your purchase be refunded..
Do to the nature of this customized products, we are unable to accept returns on finished cubs.

If your purchase is damaged in transit, please call us immediately at 800-433-6557. We will arrange to have the damaged merchandise picked up at your residence at no additional cost to you.
Refunds on Gift Cards that were purchased using a credit/debit card will have the face value credited to the credit / debit card. Refunds on Gift Cards that were not purchased using a credit / debit card will be payable by check.
